These are difficult times for public education in Michigan, but that is exactly why I want to serve on the Ann Arbor Public Schools Board of Trustees.

As the owner of a small automotive supplier, I have guided my company through some difficult challenges including severe recessions and global competition. I want to take my experiences in business and apply them, wherever possible, to the Ann Arbor public school system.

I want to help the district

Another important reason why I want to serve is my 7 and 9 year old sons. We moved to Ann Arbor for the sole purpose of allowing them to enroll in the Ann Arbor Public Schools.

I want to help the district through these current difficult times while also laying the groundwork for a successful future for my young sons as well as the 16,700 other students.
